Armed Forces Day Gimmick

May 15th of last year was a memorable day for me. My friends and I wanted to go to Acapulco for the coming spring break. That would be my first time to go out of the country enjoy partying like real college students do.
We were so excited about the days of partying, but we had a problem: we didn’t have the money. We brainstormed about possible ways to raise some funds because we were eager to enjoy spring break. Armed Forces day was coming, and we decided to sell custom personalized promotional gifts perfect for the events that will be happening in a nearby camp.
A lot of our stuff were sold out, especially the apparel custom personalized promotional gifts that we usually sold to the army wives and families. I never realized that Armed Forces day was such a big thing for them. It was only midday and we were about to run out of items to sell.
Our group never looked back. The whole afternoon was spent selling the remaining auto accessories custom personalized promotional gifts that we had. Good thing those army people were so into cars. We were so tired, but the thought of beaches in Acapulco kept us going.
To keep it short, we were able to go to Acapulco and spent the two weeks there. Our cash really covered our expenses for the plane, hotel, and food. But most of the money went to alcohol, really.
That was the most fun I had. So far. We plan on doing it again. Where next?
